From the first moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome. The Property Manager Tanesha was great. She's very professional and helpful. Made me feel like I was home. Will definitely stay again.

To begin.... We read the reviews and still decided to check them out. The staff (front desk) was spectacular! The lady (Diane) met us with a smile, she was extremely helpful from getting my wife and I a downstairs room that was located close to a grassy null so that our small dog could use the "facilities". The room was clean, smelled good and very quiet especially for a room that has outside doors. While obtaining ice we met the maintenance man and he spoke to us and advised us that if we needed anything... Just call the front desk and they will gladly assist us... Despite the reviews... We HIGHLY recommend staying here at Motel6!
Room had a very musty, mildewy smell. We were just waiting on the building to collapse on us as it is very rundown in need of serious overhauling. My sister and I wanted some quiet time to decompress and got just that. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Diane did a great job checking us in as well as the young man who let us into our room because of a door lock issue but made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving.I did enjoy the free coffee in the lobby but wish there were edibles for breakfast. Very close to an assortment of restaurants. Overall it was an adventure.
As I travel all the time for my job, I do stay in many different types of motels/hotels. Recommended by my CEO of the Motel 6 in Macon, Ga I took his suggestion.Upon entering the property I could see staff out working which is a good sign for upkeep. The young lady working the office, Samantha I believe, was so friendly and was very very very very energetic. There was an issue with the doors and had to be let in but not a problem. My TV didn't turn on and when I call the desk, within a couple of minutes, the maintenance man, Matthew I believe, was there to fix the problem. Super professional attitude!! Room was very comfortable and cozy and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay great!! I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Thank you Motel 6, you all earned all 5 stars!!
Good clean rooms,great customer service. Great staff and maintenance. Pleasant area. It is by everything you could ask for. If you don't have a car or can't drive this is the perfect place. Free coffee.
